We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Training Administrator
- Provide a high quality service to customers by telephone, e-mail and in writing to agreed Academy standards.
- To liaise with course participants to acknowledge booking and provide details about courses according to customer service standards and Academy.
- To produce and distribute certificates as appropriate.
- To liaise with trainers to ensure any requirements are met including fees, travel requirements, equipment requirements, etc.
- Market academy training programs to increase the number of bookings on courses.
- Must be experienced in training curriculum development.
- Associate degree or equivalent experience and 3- 4 years experience in supporting training and development efforts.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and desktop publishing
- Excellent organization and communication skills.
