We are looking for a responsible Personal Assistant to provide personalized secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner. You will work one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks related to Managing Director working life and communication.

  • managing diaries, correspondence, phone calls and organising meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the manager/executive
  • booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation
  • organising events and conferences
  • reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines
  • typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
  • managing databases and filing systems
  • implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
  • liaising with staff, suppliers and clients


  • Minimum of 3 years work experience in the same role
  • Candidates must reside around, Surulere, festac, Orile and its environs
  • Discretion and trustworthiness: you will often be party of confidential information
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • The ability to be proactive and take the initiative
  • Tact and diplomacy
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Outstanding organisational and time management skills
  • Up-to-date with latest office gadgets and applications
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
