- Scheduling meetings, and keeping an up-to-date activities calendar for the Managing Director;
- Reading and responding to emails
- Taking minutes of meetings attended with the Managing Director and for other meetings as directed;
- Overseeing travel arrangements for the Managing Director including booking flights and accommodation;
- Making and answering phone call
- Disbursing of requested items from the store
- Responsible for up-to-date filling of stock and bin cards
- Monthly reconciliation of stock cards with the Accounts department
- Assist in the effective stock management of corporate gift items and other goods in the store;
- Manage the filing, storage and security of documents.
- Partakes in the monthly stock count of corporate gifts and other items in the store
- File and maintains a comprehensive employee personnel records system for all employees, including insurance/benefit forms, personnel action forms, pay history, performance evaluations, promotions, bonuses etc.
- Ensure that staff attendance records are accurately filled.
