Job Description

  • Scheduling meetings, and keeping an up-to-date activities calendar for the Managing Director;
  • Reading and responding to emails
  • Taking minutes of meetings attended with the Managing Director and for other meetings as directed;
  • Overseeing travel arrangements for the Managing Director including booking flights and accommodation;
  • Making and answering phone call
  • Disbursing of requested items from the store
  • Responsible for up-to-date filling of stock and bin cards
  • Monthly reconciliation of stock cards with the Accounts department
  • Assist in the effective stock management of corporate gift items and other goods in the store;
  • Manage the filing, storage and security of documents.
  • Partakes in the monthly stock count of corporate gifts and other items in the store
  • File and maintains a comprehensive employee personnel records system for all employees, including insurance/benefit forms, personnel action forms, pay history, performance evaluations, promotions, bonuses etc.
  • Ensure that staff attendance records are accurately filled.
