Job Title: Sales Team Lead (STL) – 3 Positions
Locations:
 Ibadan-Oyo

Requirements

  • The suitable candidate (male/female) to fill the STL position must not be more than 30 years & should possess at least 2 years cognate experience from a reputable Real Estate Development Company (or Allied Sector).
  • Supervise and monitor the performance of all Sale Officers under him/her.
  • Inform clients of current promotions and discounts
  • Maintain positive business and clients relationships in the effort to extend clients lifetime value
  • Develop strategies for more effective sales, both individually and as part of a team
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas
  • Schedule and follow through on calls with leads and current customers
  • Advise on appropriate purchase options
  • Candidates with no Real Estate background but with marketing experience in other sectors may apply.
  • Applicants should reside in Ibadan.
  • Educational qualification should be a minimum of B.Sc or HND

Job Title: Senior Manager, Sales (SMS)
Locations: 
Ibadan-Oyo

JOB DESCRIPTION

The successful candidate should understand what motivates customers to buy and know how to tap into those needs and desires effectively. The SMS will be responsible for leading an experienced and performing team of Sales Officers (SOs) and Sales Team Leads (STLs) most of whom have worked for the company for over a year.

If you are competitive, result-oriented and capable of teaching your strategies to your Sales Team, we’re excited to talk with you.

Duties & Responsibilities :

✅Design strategy and set goals for sales growth

✅Ensure his sales team members are motivated and productive

✅Assess the strengths and weaknesses of the sales teams and manage their sales program accordingly.

✅Monitor the programme of his sales team members, design and implement new market penetration strategies.

✅Provide on-the-ground support for his sales team as they generate leads and close new deals

✅Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our company’s relationship with them.

✅Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programmes to capture key demographics

✅Provide daily report of field sales success and communicate data to management.

Skills & Qualifications:

✳Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, social sciences or any related field

✳7-8years B2B sales experience. 5+years in leadership sales position

✳Track record of superior performance metrics.

✳Excellent negotiation skills
Strong decision-making abilities.

✅Assess the strengths and weaknesses of the sales team and manage the sales program accordingly.

✅Monitor the programme of all Salesmen accounts across all domestic sales channels and pinpoint ways to penetrate new markets.

✅Provide on-the-ground support for sales associates as they generate leads and close new deals

✅Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programmes to capture key demographics.

Senior Manager, Sales (SMS) – Qualifications & Skills

✳Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or any related field

✳10+ years’ B2B sales experience. 4+ years in leadership sales position

✳Track record of superior performance metrics.

✳Excellent negotiation skills
