Managing Director

Purpose of role

The prospective candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the company and for the realization of corporate objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Plan Strategic Business Objectives: Create the blue print of strategic business plans, evaluates the profitability of the plans and discusses it with the board of directors and practice leads.
  • Accountability to Board of Directors: Advise board members at the highest levels about the operational and strategic issues, client assignment status and resource planning for
  • Represent the Company: Create and grow brand equity by establishing and maintaining high public visibility, attend industrial meets, national and international conferences
  • Build a Team: Act as like a liaison between Contractors and board of directors. Building a top tier team and ensure that team building is always an integral part of business strategy
  • Allocate Budgets: Analyze, evaluate and develop budgets for Company. Scrutinize major expenditures of the Company and ensure that the Company’s revenues are directed in cost effective and high rate of return investments.
  • Ability to raise funds for all businesses within the company and ensure that profitability is attained in line with Company’s goals and objectives.

Qualifications & Skills

  • A first degree from a recognized institution and an MBA from an accredited business school.
  • Minimum of 20 years post-graduation experience out of which 8 years must have been spent at an MD/ C Level executive position with an outstanding performance and good knowledge of financials.
  • An extensive knowledge and experience in strategy formulation and execution in the Telecommunication (or infrastructure) industry within Africa.
  • Possesses good business ethics with knowledge and practice of corporate governance code
  • International Exposure to Global macro issues affecting businesses.

Strategic Alliance Manager (Procurement)

 Purpose and Responsibilities

  • Are you experienced in the development and execution of strategic alliances with named Systems Integrators, and will execute through all sales channels nationally and globally?
  • Are you proficient in engagement and liaison of third party relationships while coordinating contacts between alliance partners and company executives?
  • Do you possess B.Sc/HND with MBA in Business, Marketing or related field with at least 8+ years of successful complex sales, channel & business development experience?
  • Do you have a proven track record of accomplishments and initiatives with demonstrated success in negotiating, establishing, and managing effective business relationships?
  • Can you be considered as one who has constantly demonstrated the ability to analyze company or solution needs, capabilities, and plan effective strategies to meet requirements, and execute plans to deliver effective partner relationships?
