Job Title: Accountant

Responsibilities

  • Answers accounting procedure questions by researching and interpreting accounting policy and regulations;
  • Complies with federal, state, and local financial legal requirements by studying; existing and new legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements, and advising management on needed actions;
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed;
  • Documents financial transactions by entering account information;
  • Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures Guides accounting clerical staff by coordinating activities and answering questions;
  • Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping financial information confidential;
  • Maintains financial security by following internal controls;
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies;
  • Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information;
  • Prepares payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements;
  • Prepares special financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends;
  • Recommends financial actions by analyzing accounting options;
  • Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information;
  • Secures financial information by completing data base backups;
  • Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents;
  • Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.

Qualifications

  • Degree or Higher Degree in Accountancy or related discipline.
  • Experience in administrative support, posting financial data to ledgers, preparing invoices, billings and/or vouchers, reviewing and maintaining account balances.
  • Minimum of 3 – 5 years post NYSC experience

Job Title: IT Support Officer
Location:
 Oyo
Job Description
IT technical support officers are mainly responsible for the smooth running of computer systems and ensuring users get maximum benefits from them. IT Support tasks include but not limited to the following:

  • Conducting electrical safety checks on computer equipment;
  • Following diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a system;
  • Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications;
  • Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks;
  • Prioritising and managing many open cases at one time;
  • Providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports;
  • Rapidly establishing a good working relationship with customers and other professionals, such as software developers;
  • Replacing parts as required;
  • Responding within agreed time limits to call-outs;
  • Setting up new users’ accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues;
  • Supporting the roll-out of new applications;
  • Talking staff or clients through a series of actions, either face-to-face or over the telephone, to help set up systems or resolve issues;
  • Testing and evaluating new technology;
  • Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults;
  • Working continuously on a task until completion (or referral to third parties, if appropriate).

  • A mobile app developer must be able to do the following:
  • Development of apps that have little impact on the battery and that are very low on power consumption;
  • Analyze product requirements;
  • Build prototypes at tech scoping stage of projects;
  • Create compelling mobile device specific user interfaces and experiences;
  • Deliver across the entire app life cycle –concept, design, build, deploy, test, release to app stores and support;
  • Keep up to date on the latest industry trends in the mobile/web technologies;

Responsibilities

  • A system administrator must be able to do the following:
  • Administrate infrastructure, including firewalls, databases, malware protection software and other processes;
  • Create and verify backups of data;
  • Install and test computer-related equipment;
  • Manage the configuration and operation of client-based computer operating systems;
  • Monitor the system daily and respond immediately to security or usability concerns
  • Provide technical support for both hardware and software issues our users encounter
  • Respond to and resolve help desk requests;
  • Review application logs;
