Job Description

To coordinate Sales & Marketing activities of the company and ensure the attainment of the corporate goals and objectives in terms of meeting the sales target & retention of valuable customers.
Key Responsibilities

Plan sales for the month, process both credit & non-credit sales to meet up with company sales target.
Translate customers enquiries into quotations & confirm same for production, manage requests & order processing, coordinate profile dispatches to various customers and assist activities of Sales & Marketing team to meet the budgeted market target.
Collaborate with account to set up customers account, liaise with die shop for design and dimensional requirement & also provide support for sales teams in ensuring that customers’ requirements are met.
Develop relationship with Customers and other institutional specifiers in the industry and to provide support needed to generate more sales opportunities in all areas of the Company’s businesses.
Retain and grow existing revenues by generating a sustained contact programme with assigned customers. Follow up with the latest aluminium industrial developments in order to stay up-to-date on corporate competitors.
Ensure that sales records are correctly captured on the computer (EPICS) and to monitor the compliance to company’s credit and sales policies.
Ensure detailed, accurate, up-to-date list of prospects and customers information is generated with a view to developing a very functional Customers database for follow up on relationship management.
Qualification & Skill Requirement

Minimum of Bachelor’s degree or Higher National Diploma in Marketing or related course in Social Sciences with minimum of 2.2 or lower credit grade on the final degree or HND examination.
Minimum of Five years proven track record in sales and Marketing related functions.
Professional qualification in Marketing or Building Technology Disciplines is an added advantage.
Previous work experience in Manufacturing, preferably in Aluminium Extrusions or Building technology environment
Excellent Communication Skill, both written and verbal are major requirements, with high proficiency in the application of Microsoft office suits.
Excellent presentation skills and a strong interpersonal relation with enhanced multitasking skills to aid his ability to negotiate close reasonable deals.
Good analytical skill and adequate working knowledge in the use of statistical data

Job Description

Candidate will be responsible for hospitality services in the head office and staff houses by providing administrative support, as well as guidance to attendants and stewards.
Job Responsibilities

Assists in ensuring that attendants are always correctly and smartly dressed and always offering professional and courteous service to their customers
Attend to customer complaints in a timely manner
Fully aware of catering operation and make suggestions for improvement
Assists in ensuring that Kitchens and Lounges are clean and stocked with the stipulated requirements.
Supervision of attendants and stewards in head office and staff houses
Assists in ensuring consistency in the production of food, whether this is served in the restaurants, lounge or staff house dining room
Ensure that rooms have been serviced and maintained as per standards and Company procedure
Ensure that once a booking is confirmed, all details and requirements are noted, using a check list to maintain the room
Assists in ensuring that staff house and company approved hotel guests are checked in and allocated rooms promptly and courteously. Also greets guest after they are checked in to ensure their comfort.
Assists in ensuring that all stocks and supplies are timely requested, correct stock levels maintained and stored under optimum conditions.
Reports- Generate the required daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, bi-annually and Annually reports and presentations
Performs other duties or projects as required or as assigned.
Job Requirements

A good university first Degree is required.
At least 2-3 years’ experience in Hospitality sector with 2 years’ work experience in a 3 or 4 Star Hotel
Flexibility with time to work extra hours is highly required
Ability to work in a team with high people orientation
Strong supervisory skills
Good oral and written communication skills.
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Tools
