- To provide a point of contact for incoming telephone calls and messages, granting access to the building, provide administrative support, and the highest level of customer service for clients, staff, and visitors.
- Provide administrative support for the Lagos team.
- Meet, greet, assist and direct guests.
- Answer and make calls, book appointments professionally and promptly.
- Data entry, filing and record keeping as may be directed.
- Access control into building and maintenance of a warm, professional ambiance.
- Participate in agency activities and committees as needed or desired.
- Accurately document all activities. Notify appropriate supervisor and/or manager of any critical incidents or emergencies.
- Take messages, route incoming paperwork and calls to appropriate staff members.
- Update and maintain client information.
- 2-3 years experience in Front Desk Management/Administration.
- B.Sc in any related discipline.
- Good computer skills.
- Exceptional communication skills and good telephone and e-mail etiquette.
- Must be calm, mature and courteous.
- Ability to work under stress, must be firm regardless of visitors behavior.
- Attentive, well groomed and dependable.
- Loyal and expected to perform multiple tasks adequately.
- Ability to make good judgments and sound decisions.
