Job Title: Front Desk Coordinator
- Greets all visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answers all incoming calls, transfers callers and takes messages as needed.
- Attend to clients and transfer them to the appropriate department.
- Schedule Meetings, Appointments.
- Develop and implement a social media campaign for Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter, by executing day-to-day activities.
- High school diploma.
- Three years of secretarial or related experience.
- Knowledge of social networking tools (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram…)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Willing to work flexible hours when necessary.
