Front Desk Officer

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Ensure the office is open to customers promptly and at the scheduled time
  • Answer promptly and politely to telephone calls and patiently attend to all customers enquiry.
  • Provide client support services in accurate and timely fashion.
  • Maintain high level of professionalism and competence in every client interaction.
  • Keep customers well catered for at all times, ensuring continually customers satisfaction.
  • Identify ways of improving customers experience
  • Generate invoices for all customers’ transaction.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

  • Bsc/HND in any discipline
  • 3 years post NYSC experience as a customer service personnel
  • A strong client relationship skills, analytical and problem solving skills
  • Excellent organization and planning skills
  • Must be very creative.
  • Computer Proficiency
  • Proficient in English (oral & written)
  • Ability to speak Hausa will be an added advantage
  • Must not be more than 30 years of age

 

Storekeeper

Details:

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Generate opening and closing stock balances
  • Carryout physical stock count and update stock/bin cards
  • Attend to customers’ orders promptly and dispatch all invoices.
  • Generate daily orders for product replenishment, communicate same to the manager.
  • Keep custody of all assets in the store, update assets usage and depletion register
  • Receive, confirm and post to sage all purchase invoices
  • Keep detailed inventory records when products are purchased

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

  • OND in any discipline
  • 3 years experience as a storekeeper
  • Excellent organization and planning skills
  • Must be very creative.
  • Computer Proficiency
  • Proficient in English (oral & written)
  • Must not be more than 25 years of age
