Administrative Officer Job Vacancy at KTS Integration Services

KTS Integrations Services, a subsidiary of the KTS Group, a Printing and Publishing company in Port Harcourt, Rivers State, is currently in search of suitably qualified candidates to fill the position below:

 

 

Job Title: Administrative Officer
Location:
 Akwa Ibom

Job Description

  • Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
  • Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
  • General office management such as ordering stationary
  • Manage office equipment
  • Handling external or internal communication
  • Organizing, arranging and coordinating meetings

Requirements

  • Female applicants only
  • Minimum of B.Sc/HND is required
  • Extensive software skills, internet research abilities.
  • Ability to use a the Microsoft office suite software packages
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Accounting Skill would be an added advantage
  • Prior experience as Admin Officer
