JOBS IN SOUTH AFRICA (CAPE TOWN): SALES CO-ORDINATOR

This position applies to CAPE TOWN BASED CANDIDATES ONLY!
Major manufacturing company requires a young dynamic female who resides in the Southern Suburbs or close surrouding area with min matric qualification, Highly computer literate on Excel and a min of 3 years experience as Sales Co-ordinator in manufacturing environment taking and processing of orders etc.

In order to be considered for this position, applicants must comply with the following:-
-Minimum Matric Certificate
-Exceptionally well spoken in English
-Highly computer literate on MS Office (Excel and Word)
-Knowledge of SAP would be a definite advantage
-Familiar with ISO procedures
-Minimum 3 –5 years’ sales order and admin experience
-Strong customer liaison experience
-Ability to interact with customers at all levels
-Highly service orientated
-Pleasant disposition
-Strong organizing and Planning Skills

Duties amongst other will include:
-Receiving calls and faxes/e-mails from customers for orders
-Accurate taking and capturing of telephonics orders
-Following up on daily delivery for Customers
-Monitoring Stock and if necessary liaise with Planning
-Handling Telephonic Queries in a professional matter
-Co-ordinating deliveries with distribution supervisor
-Maintaining of the Order Book
-Following all ISO procedures for documentation
-Filing and checking of all customer orders
-Tracking of orders
-General administration
